Living Room
On the first floor of this fabulous San Pancho vacation rental you’ll find an open floor plan, which includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, all opening onto the terrace and pool. The spacious covered terrace lets you sit in the shade while enjoying the view, the sunset or a good read. One of the air conditioned bedrooms is also located on this floor.
Bedroom
Upstairs, each of the three air conditioned bedrooms has a unique view of the coastline, the palm jungle and the sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own marble tiled bathroom. The other two upstairs bedrooms can be made up as two twin beds or the bed can be converted to a king size.
The house is designed to provide sun and shade throughout the day. There are fabulous views from every room in the house.
The newly remodeled casita at Casa Melissa offers an additional bedroom suite. This room has a queen sized bed, full bathroom and kitchenette.
