All rates quoted are for a maximum of 6 people using three bedrooms. Larger groups and rental of the fourth bedroom or 5th bedroom suite Casita would require additional rent. All amounts are in US dollars.

The quoted rates are for up to 6 people using up to 3 bedrooms.
There is an extra charge of $200/week for the rental of the fourth bedroom. There is an extra charge of $350/week for the rental of the Casita 5th bedroom suite , maximum number of guests is 10.
20% holiday surcharge for Christmas and 10% for Thanksgiving and Easter.
